Am I 'baik' enough ?

I was alone in my ‘room tumpangan’ 331 for MUET . Done with my speaking and waiting for the writing , reading and listening . Bila dah alone macam ni , and few days back baru habis baca Versus , one of Hlovate’s artwork . Tercrossed in my mind la . Aku ni enough ‘baik’ ke ? Baik la kot . Tapi that enough doesn’t suits me langsung sebab memang tak enough baik lagi pun .

Big question here is MACAM MANA NAK JADI ‘BAIK’ ? ‘BAIK’ THRU PEOPLE VIEWS AND ALLAH’S EYES  ...

First and foremost . What is the meaning of ‘baik’ ?

Baik tu baik la *rolling eyes* apa punya soalan daa ...

Baik tu erm ... apa yang kita rasa elok and harmless yang others buat kita pun buat la . Thats la ‘baik’ kot . Like macam give helps to those need it .

Aku ni kira baik la ni ... cukup solat 5 waktu , even tak pakai hijab .

All these above rasa-rasa you all la , explain meaning of ‘baik’ secara total tak ? Why la this very-four-letters-word pun seems payah gi-la nak explain and understand ek ? Thru my views la kan , this very-four-letters-word macam hard to understand and explain because kita ni sometimes pandang baik tu in one side je not the both side . Huh ? Side ape pulak ni ? The first side is baik di mata manusia . And the second side is baik di mata Allah . Yet kita as human being ni always see and understand the meaning of baik hanya di mata manusia not di mata Allah .

“Do what Allah asks us to do and don’t for what Allah asks us not to do” . This somehow covers the full meaning of BAIK . And secara tak sengaja jugak , it’s explain us how to be a ‘baik’ person .

Is it enough baik if like macam ada one of situation above yang stated there , solat 5 waktu but then tak cover aurat ? Is it enough to be a ‘baik’ person ?

It’s true solat itu tiang agama but then if tiang je yang ada , the roof tak ada , will it be a beautiful house ? Naa ... it won’t be a beautiful house , ey ? Macam tu jugak la baik . If dah elok solat 5 waktu , elokkan lah lagi dengan cover the aurat all . Then buat and hiasi lagi dengan yang wajib and sunat . Then , dah complete ke ? Nope ! A good Allah’s servant is the one yang jaga the relationship with Allah and other people too . So , bila dah jaga dengan Allah ... built up relation among people pulak .

But to be true if dah start the move let say , first jaga the solat 5 times , then dah cover aurat , the next then and then and then will be like macam automatically happen taw . Erm , macam mana nak make it easy in words ek ? Okay la mind blow la now so can’t think the easier example so , pinjam Hlovate punya words la . It’s will be like domino . Bila kita start jatuh kan the first domino , then it will push the second domino to jatuh , when second dah jatuh third domino pulak sebab the second one push it down . These will continue till the last domino .

Hmm , macam tu jugak la nak built up diri jadi baik . Bila dah start with the first step then with Allah’s will others will follow up jugak . To be a ‘baik’ person ... kena jadi baik in and out . It’s not about out je or in je . It’s about both . IN and OUT . Then baru la terpancar the beauty jugak sebab , the true beauty kan the beauty of in and out too . Even though beauty is in the eyes of the beholder . The most beautiful person is the one yang looks super beautiful through Allah’s view :)

But to be reminded la ... to be a ‘baik’ person is not a easy-peasy things . You need to work damn hard to make Allah see the beauty in you . And nothing impossible as long as you work hard , pray to Allah for the ‘taufiq and hidayah’ , seek for HIS forgiveness for all the wrong deeds and tawakal to Allah ... the ‘baik’ and ‘most beautiful person’ will be yours :)
